- Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer service team at frshplukretail@gmail.com or +91 9567928882. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
After Dispatch: If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund as per our return policy.
- Return Policy
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Perishable goods such as fresh fruits and vegetables are exempt from being returned unless they are damaged or defective.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
